Excellent customer service! We found a car for our son on their website. We are from Kansas. Called ahead to see if they would put it on a lift and take some videos of it to make sure our 300 plus mile drive would be worth it. By 10 am the next day the videos were sent. We made the drive and 2 hours after getting to their lot my son was driving away in his car. It was his 17th birthday and they made sure to surprise him with a bow on top. Many pictures were taken. Dominic was Excellent! The whole staff was friendly and professional. I will most certainly call him when it's time to buy a car for our youngest daughter! Thank you GoJo Auto!

Adrian and the team at Gojo were great to work with! My girlfriend and I were first time buyers, so we were worried about getting taken advantage of. Adrian answered all of our questions no matter how "stupid" they were. This made our first experience buying a car much easier and pleasant than I expected. They explained the loan process well and gave us options that fit our budget. Also, I think we got a good deal on the car even with this crazy used-car market.

I was hoping to trade out of my Encore for a Jeep at Gojo auto but discovered quickly that I owe more than my SUV is worth. The staff was great at explaining my situation and even though I didn't get the Jeep, they offered suggestions and pointed me in a direction that helped me....after speaking with my credit union I was able to refinance and cut my current payment in half. I wanted the Jeep but saving money was also the plan.....it's Refreshing to know that even though I didn't buy the staff was willing to take the time and help...I'll be back when the time is right.

I was on line looking at cars , and i put my name in to be contacted and within minutes the great customer service from Amanda started .
She waited after hours for me to arrive for the test Drive . i went home to think about what had just happened got on the web Gojo'S website and found another car that was more striking. I let Amanda know the change of plan and here 24 Hours later im driving away in my 2010 Cadillac . what an Amazing experience working with Amanda and Alejandra. Thank You!!!
